Financial Accounting Add-On

The acadon Financial Accounting Add-On module expands the analysis options of the financial accounting functions of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 and makes work processes flow more smoothly while taking the relevant financial accounting standards into account.

The new functions added to the standard software, such as the export function (e.g. Microsoft Office Excel 2010), division into account groups, and deletion of unprocessed accounts from the print view create an even more efficient overview of your accounts.

In order to prevent fraud, the financial accounting add-on prevents users from making changes to processed annual accounts. In addition, the new comment fields, the overview of offset accounts on the account sheets, and the view of account balances from previous periods make your company’s processes even more transparent.

Users can use this add-on to create confirmations of balance directly in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, search the ledgers for posting dates and document dates and manually edit discounts independently of creditor or debtor accounts. The new acadon Financial Accounting Add-On (based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009) also provides you with a number of additional features, such as a function to export your summary of fixed assets and more efficient organisation of amortisation figures with respect to the numbers after the decimal point.
